Please take note of our terms and conditions below.  

Changes to Orders

We must be contacted within 48 hours of an online purchase if you wish to make changes to your order. Any changes made after this time period may incur a fee as your piece may have already been started.

Returns & Exchanges

STASITA Jeweller has a 14 day returns policy: Any items to be returned or exchanged must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of delivery date.

Instructions

Please email us at admin@stasita.co.nz  with your delivery details
Please return the item in its original box .
Use a signature required tracked courier. Please keep your tracking number.

Important Information

  • All exchanges are subject to availability.

  • There may be an additional charge for postage on the new item.

  • Sale items can not be exchanged and are non refundable.

  • STASITA Jeweller can only exchange products not worn and in original packaging.

  • If you guess your ring size and it requires sizing, there will be a fee to size it.

  • Bespoke purchases are non refundable.

  • If the product is faulty or incorrect then the cost of return postage will be refunded to you.

  • Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods.

  • We will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.


Manufacturing faults do not include:

  • Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones.

  • Broken chains.

  • General wear and tear including rings that have bent out of shape or oxidised.

  • If you would like any repairs to be made, outside of the 6 month period, we will be happy to offer you a quote to do so.
