Sapphire Reef Engagement Ring - Oval

As we sat down at the drawing board for this ring, anticipating to draw from the cultural influences of our beautiful Pacific Islands, the image that came to mind was that of a secluded island surrounded by a reef teeming with marine life that was treated sustainably and one that nourished the bellies and livelihoods of the people of the island.  It seemed fitting then to create this beautiful Reef Diamond Ring as a symbol of a promise of engagement in 9ct white gold.  A couple, secluded in the intimacy of their story, dreams and histories, connected to their 'reef' filled with people loving on them and supporting them, out of which their future is born and sustained.
 
This ring holds in it's setting a 1 ct translucent Sapphire as a centre stone surrounded a halo of 1 mm diamonds.  The band is lightly and lovingly etched with Samoan Tatau patterns adding a touch of the richness of our Pasifika heritage.
